====== Mobbing or Mob-Programming ======

[[pair_programming_research|Pair Programming]] is often seen as a waste of time as it intuitively seems obvious that two people working on one computer must be slower than each person working on their own computers. But there is evidence that for knowledge work the approach makes sense. 

Now imaging a hole team working with one computer ... mobbing.
