====== Presented at Agile 2016 ======

I finally got around to publishing the presentation I did at the Agile 2016 Conference this year. Title for my session was "[[:hans_samios_how_to_work_personality_issues_without_sounding_like_a_marriage_guidance_counsellor|How to Work Personality Issues Without Sounding Like a Marriage Guidance Counsellor?]]" It was basically a presentation on approaches you can take to deal with conflict without coming across as disingenuous.

The session was well attended (about 120 people) and received positive reviews, so I was happy. A number of people came up to me during the conference to talk to me about the specifics.
