“The class mostly covers Agile processes. Many of these students will be graduating this semester, and will be future programmers, and the closest they have come to working as a team is paired programming.”
Was thinking of doing the Ball passing game (“helps people understand how agile works, self organization, and also could cover things like estimation”) and then a discussion on “what makes a great team” (with Tuckman model as backdrop) followed by open Q&A “real world”.
